Information we process
When you authorise a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, the service may process account identifiers, Page or profile names, messages, comments, reactions, conversation timestamps and basic sender information supplied by Meta.
How the information is used
The information is used to provide a unified inbox, identify items that need attention, maintain contact and opportunity records, prepare reviewable reply drafts and show connector health. AIfluencee does not sell connected social data.
Human control
The current service is designed for human-approved replies. Connecting an account does not authorise unrestricted automatic outreach.
Storage and access
Connector credentials are encrypted and restricted to server-side services. The operating dashboard requires sign-in. Access is limited to authorised AIfluencee workspace users.
Retention and deletion
Records are retained while required to operate the connected workspace or meet legal and security obligations. You can disconnect a social account or request deletion using the data-deletion instructions.
Service providers
The service uses hosting, database and platform providers—including Meta and Supabase—to deliver the requested functionality. Each provider processes information under its own applicable terms.
